When looking at our investment opportunities, we always conduct extremely thorough due diligence to make sure we are making the right investment choice. Hallie Homes take lots of necessary steps to make sure we have mitigated as much risk as possible. We firmly believe the money is made in property when we buy our projects, and not when we sell. We will not take on any project unless we get it for the right price.

What happens if the market drops when we are due to exit on the project?

This is a common question we get asked, the first step is to make sure that we have atleast 2 exits on a project. Firstly, we will sell many of the plots off plan, so our first exit would be selling. Our second exit (if the market drops) will be to rent the units out until the property prices rise again in a few years, this would mean exiting the deal a bit later than anticipated.

Hallie Homes are also in talks with numerous companies, which could soon see us offering a guaranteed exit on our projects.

How it works

Contact: fill out the contact form and we will acknowledge your response and add it our files. One of our team will be in touch within 3 days, find out a little more about your circumstances and then we will establish the next steps.

Decision: we want you to make the right choices. We’ll talk you through your different options, so that you choose an investment right for your circumstances

Terms: we will agree the interest rate, length of the terms and the security on your money.

Agreements: the legal paperwork will be drawn up and signed by all parties, transfer will be made to Hallie Homes and we will then send a confirmation receipt of payment.

Updates: we will update you at the beginning of every month to let you know how your project is getting on, and to make sure we are still on budget and on time. You are more than welcome to come and look around your project at any time.

End of term: contact will be made, and we will let you know that your project is currently coming to an end. We’ll finally discuss the next steps for you and hopefully your next investment.
